OUR TEAM

At JT Plumbing and Drainage we believe a champion team always beats a team of champions. In saying that, our team not only works enthusiastically together but are each highly capable plumbers, drain layers and gasfitters in their own right. Between us all, the years of plumbing experience adds up to over 150 years and equals an unprecedented quality experience for you. 

Our highly experienced team of Tauranga plumbers have encountered most plumbing and drainage situations before. Whether you are building a new home, facing a complex plumbing task, or just have a blocked drain or leaky tap, we can help. Our team is focused on doing it right the first time and ensuring satisfaction and happiness for our customers in Tauranga, Mount Maunganui and Papamoa.

The “J” in JT Plumbing and Drainage. If you can’t find me in the office, I will likely be out on the job connecting in with our team making sure they are doing an amazing job. In my spare time, I will be out on the water fishing, or hunting in our beautiful remote backcountry.

TANIA VINSON - Owner & Director

JT Plumbing can deliver projects of any size and complexity. My role is to ensure customers have complete confidence in the company from start to finish.

GRANT LIPSCHITZ - Senior Estimator

Ryan Plank is an experienced administrator with over 13 years of experience in the field. He has extensive knowledge working with transportable houses, kitchen installations, and renovation projects. Ryan ensures that all plumbing maintenance, installation, and inspection work is scheduled and completed to the highest standard. When he is not working, Ryan enjoys playing squash and indoor netball, as well as spending time with his wife watching movies and playing the board game Settlers of Catan.
