Many thanks to the Team at JT Plumbing for the excellent service I recieved recently.
I was particularly impressed with Plumber Phil who tended to a Kitchen Faucet issue in my home. He was so professional and explained clearly what was causing the issue, and how he remediated the problem.
I also really appreciated his cheerful nature too.
Just an additional note, I really appreciated how Phil promptly tended to my additional requests.

Not all companies have such a great emphasis on customer service. They are excellent to deal with from the person on the phone, through to the plumber that calls, right up to the manager. I only have the highest of praise for them in terms of customer service, reliability and good value for money. Not often you get an invoice which is less than you think! If you want really nice people to deal with, then I can recommend these guys.

Had a fantastic experience with JT Plumbing Drainage & Gas. They installed a new cistern for me and did an absolutely outstanding job. Their customer service was excellent from the moment I called right through to the job being finished.
They were professional, friendly, able to come on short notice, and completed the work quickly. The price was very reasonable, and they left everything spotless — even disposing of the old cistern and all the rubbish for me.
Really impressed with the whole experience. JT Plumbing will be my go-to plumber from now on. Highly recommend!

We have had J&T Plumbing with Grant do repairs at our home over the last couple of years. Recent time, we had a WasteMaster leak. Plumber Shane called in, and very quickly knew what the problem was. Went away and quickly returned with a new WasteMaster. Took a very short time to replace a check there was no leaks.He is super tidy and so polite. We Highly recommend
