Have found JT Plumbing to be punctual, fair, and timely in fixing the couple of problems we have had recently.
Shane went out of his way to trace an extensive problem. The repairs were done to a high standard, and other contractors were organised for us with no problems at all.
While working on our sewage leak, Shane also found another issue with the shower draining onto bare soil, having not been correctly fixed by another plumber (Eco Plumbers... who i do NOT recommend). This was also fixed, I believe for no extra cost. The bill I believe was a fair price, and came in at exactly the cost of the estimate.
On a second separate matter, Shane also fixed the issue in a timely fashion, making several small adjustments to fix our kitchen tap.
Honestly, I am surprised to see any negative comments on these reviews at all, as these are the best plumbers I have dealt with, in any of the three cities I have lived in.

Great customer service, had a leak in my bathroom contact JT Plumbing around 10am and 12pm I had someone coming in he was very professional explained what he was going to do 1hr later job done. Would recommend JT Plumbing and would call them if I need any job done.

Many thanks to the Team at JT Plumbing for the excellent service I recieved recently.
I was particularly impressed with Plumber Phil who tended to a Kitchen Faucet issue in my home. He was so professional and explained clearly what was causing the issue, and how he remediated the problem.
I also really appreciated his cheerful nature too.
