Ryan was detailed and thorough in his costings which made me decide on JT Plumbing without hesitation. The young men who came to install the new water heater were very professional and friendly, advised what they were doing at every stage of the process. JT Plumbing also organized the electrician and included that in the costing. We have further plans to renovate our bathroom in the future and will definitely be using JT Plumbing. I just wanted to write and express our thanks to both yourself and Ian (installer)

There was so much congestion around yesterday with the protest and the fact that between you both, you stuck with the schedule and still came to do our swap over was most appreciated.

The service (including from my initial enquiry call) was second to none – everyone I spoke with and dealt with was super helpful and always called back. Ian was patient, careful and diligent in his work. Awesome 😊

So again, thank you so much, and anything to do with plumbing and or gas in the future you and the team can be assured of repeat business – it was a lovely reminder of what service is about 😊
