The work was completed at our residence last Friday, however, I have to compliment the workmanship of the two men who called to our home to complete the work. They were both very professional and friendly, always keeping my husband and I informed of what they were doing, what was working, what wasn’t and trying very had to keep the ground in a tidy condition. I would just like to say thank you for the service you have provided us over the last couple of days. We needed a call out on Sunday (my fault) and Greg was there within 30min and had the problem solved within 20min. Greg was great to deal with and was good at what he did. Greg was due to come back yesterday when he was unable to make it we were called and a new time was arranged (great communication) Today we had Mark (I think) come back and replace the ajax valve I did not meet Mark but talked to him on the phone and he was very helpful. My wife meet with him on site and said he was quick clean and helpful. Please pass on our thanks to both of the guys.
