I would say that JT Plumbing Drainage & Gas Company is the Best. They are the people's choice. Office Staff and site workers are very professional, punctual, experienced with excellent coordination and communication skills. They do the work "Just Right". And the charges are very reasonable. They are on our books, we would use their services again, whenever needed. And definitely highly recommend them to anyone else in need. My family were so pleased to have them on site, as they are so good, they are very people friendly too and my mum (82 years old) just loved them to bits, and she still talks of how amazingly they did all the work.

JT Plumbing replaced our old 1960s shower in a cupboard. It was a non-standard size which involved coordinating a builder and custom shower components - all while keeping the impact to our tenants to a minimum. Using them again to replace the toilet and vanity.

The work was completed at our residence last Friday, however, I have to compliment the workmanship of the two men who called to our home to complete the work. They were both very professional and friendly, always keeping my husband and I informed of what they were doing, what was working, what wasn’t and trying very had to keep the ground in a tidy condition. We called the job in, in the morning and they were totally booked up for 4 days. The job was a leaking toilet in my rental property with a mum and 3 children and her sister and children staying at this time also. This was the only toilet in the house. A letter from the council alerted me to a leak somewhere. Rang JT and someone was sent around that afternoon. Charles was a great communicator, checked the toilet and fixed that. He was not satisfied that was the only cause of the leak, and found a major one under the house in the most narrow and difficult places - a 100 year old house - and fixed it promptly, all for a very reasonable cost.

I would just like to say thank you for the service you have provided us over the last couple of days. We needed a call out on Sunday (my fault) and Greg was there within 30min and had the problem solved within 20min. Greg was great to deal with and was good at what he did. Greg was due to come back yesterday when he was unable to make it we were called and a new time was arranged (great communication) Today we had Mark (I think) come back and replace the ajax valve I did not meet Mark but talked to him on the phone and he was very helpful. My wife meet with him on site and said he was quick clean and helpful. Please pass on our thanks to both of the guys.
