JT Plumbing is honored to have been selected as the preferred plumbing company for the Salt Residential Development, situated on Girven Road in Mount Maunganui.

We worked closely with iLine construction to ensure that all work was completed on time, within budget, and to JT’s exceptional quality standards.

This exceptional residential community boasts 71 architecturally designed dwellings, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped village green, and is poised to redefine modern living in the Bay area with its unparalleled quality and style.

The development offers a combination of 52 apartments and 19 townhouses, featuring one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two and three-bedroom, two-story townhouses. In addition to our plumbing work for the residences, we also completed plumbing installations for the on-site café, located at the Girven Road entrance, and the purpose-built childcare facility, New Shoots Children’s Centre – Bayfair
